I heard ADS spamming makes u faster while u strafe, is that actually true? And is there any benefit in ADS spamming over normally aimming?

To preface I use CAR and an R99 in most of my training. I first used to do no aim assist tracking, but now I start with single shot R301 flicking targets, then some no aim assist tracking, then some aim assist tracking. I don't do any of these for that long tho.
