Turner Exhaust - how is the livability/does it drone?

Had a local guy fit up my Magnaflow muffler and Turner tips and am not super thrilled with how it turned out, plus I want a little more volume. Classic “buy it nice or buy it twice” experience.

For those with the Turner axle back (with muffler) how loud is it? This is my daily and I want some sound but not obnoxious. The idle/rev clips here only tell a part of the story, so I’d love to know long term if people are happy.

Best budget options for sport suspension refresh?

My OEM suspension has 190k miles on it and is completely blown out - shocks have all seeped onto my garage floor. I’ve been looking at Sachs or Bilstein B4’s and a mount refresh kit for around $4-500 but I also hear that high mileage springs may need to be replaced too. Is this true?

I can’t find any OEM replacement sport springs or preassembled shock/spring sets for a decent price, and have been looking at mild lowering springs instead. BUT at this point I’m close to B14 kit pricing, which seems way easier.

This is a high mileage, cheap car, so I’m just looking for a decent ride for DD and spirited driving duty that hopefully is less than $1k.
