I don’t go to London very often, but yesterday I went to Camden for a birthday. As we were leaving the station, none of the gates were working and there were lots of workers around telling us to just go through.

This morning I was charged £22.50, and I’m assuming it’s because technically I made an incomplete journey. How can I appeal this/get a refund?
