Who is this behemoth? Platy or swordtail?

Its been a HOT minute since I kept fish, but in a nutshell my local fish store was out of my turtles food back in the winter and they talked me into trying their feeder guppies as a temporary meal. I know they breed their own fancy show guppies and the feeder ones are just the ones that didnt make the cut so I figured it wouldn't hurt. My turtle could care less for the fish, they quite literally eat out of her mouth durring food time.

I got this big gal in with the guppies and shes obviously not a guppy, but I genuinely can't tell the difference between a platy and a swordtail. My turtle just got a tank upgrade so I want to get this gal some friends since shes the only one of her kind in an army of guppies and I know they like having a group.

Comet/falling star clock?

I found this clock, but I can't find any information on it- thrown just about every string of words to define it I can think of at google and used google images yet I still couldn't find a single thing that looks like it. Tried to ask in the what's this worth sub but got scooted over here?? Either way its a pretty hefty clock and is made of metal, measuring 27" in length.

Anyone know anything about this cabinet?

I found this at goodwill today and I'm so curious about it. I've found cabinets that look nearly identical but the wood looks much smoother and its missing the music notes on top otherwise they're identical in shape? I did find one picture that looked the same as mine, but it had no info just a picture. I'm curious to know when it was made and by who if possible. I've only found a couple ebay listings but they give like no information that isn't already obvious by lookin at it.

I'm not a pepsi collector so I dont know much about this stuff so figured it didn't hurt to ask here.

I'm about to cut off my friend who gave me both of my dogs, she can't do anything to take them back, can she?

This post is probably more for my peace of mind and my concerns are probably just my anxiety talking, but I figure it doesn't hurt to ask.

I'm preparing to send my friend of 15 years a message about how we will no longer be friends due to her neglecting her animals. I won't go into all the details of the message but in a nutshell its a long list of neglecting their health and wellbeing as well as them living in poor conditions and calling out why all of her reasons aren't an excuse.

I've been to scared to send it though because both of my dogs were formerly hers, I'm scared if I do this she will try to take them back. I was given one day about 5.5 years ago and the other roughly 4 years ago, I've provided both dogs with vet & grooming care as well as registering them under my name in the county and microchipping. Shes avoided giving me their paper work for them for when she purchased them from the breeders though, one breeder is some scummy backyard breeder so I'm ehh on that one and the other one when he became mine we had to tell her he was mine due to the contract she signed- however this breeder has since passed away. I'm not sure if these documents are important in a legal matter though?

I think logically theres no way she could try to take them back but I'm just nervous. Family and friends is encouraging me to report her to animal control for neglect after cutting contact so I know this will be a whole mess and I just want to make sure my animals will be safe at the end of the day.
