Boost leak noise after egr delete

This is on my 1996 delica l300 4d56. I did an egr delete with a egt sensor and boost sensor in the blocking plates. After the delete it’s has been making the Sound in the video at around 12 psi of boost.
I noticed one of the top block off plates bolt holes was somewhat stripped and I thought it was leaking. It still makes the sound after i tapped a new threads and was able to get it tighter.
It runs and drives just fine it’s just makes the noise.
All I think to do is go back in and make sure everything is tight. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

Glow shift gauge no longer turns on

Not sure if this is the right sub but i need some help. I wired up my glow shift 3in1 gauge to check egt boost and temp. It was working but i took it out to take some measurements for a mount im building. It no longer turns on. I tested the connector and it says 12v so im not too sure what’s going on.
All the pins look fine. I also checked the resistance of the gauge and it doesn’t say open loop.
Is it possible i fried it? Car was not on when unplugging it.

The power is coming from my fuse box and all the fuses look fine.

It is wired in a 1996 delica l300, bit like that really changes anything

Is the turbo on my l300 dying

This is my first time getting eyes on the turbo. Is the oil build up normal or am i going to have to put a new one on sooner than later?
It is a 1996 l300 4d56t with 230k km
I am doing a egr delete, it has new valve cover gaskets and over all it drives great with no starting or idle issues.
