Stuck at dual3back for month because of my broken auditive memory

Hi everyone,

I started dual n-back 5 months ago, and I do it regularly (3-4 times a week). The thing is, I can't seem to understand how to improve my auditory memory.

I've started with the rehearsal method and while it was working and I could sometimes reach dual 4-back, I still felt stuck with no benefits in real life. So I used the intuitive method and couldn't seem to be consistent on dual 3-back, while my position is always between 80% and 100% accuracy, the audio stimulus averages 30% to 40%.

For those who had a really bad auditory memory and were able to improve it, what would you recommend to me?

Thanks in advance, my fellow Nbackers.

Switch 2 joycons alternative

Hi everyone, this is probably a redundant question, but I was wondering if there's a good, affordable Joy-Con alternative.

We need controllers with joysticks to play Unspottable, and the game is so much better with six or more players. The problem is that we don't think it's worth buying official Joy-Cons just for one of the few games that supports more than 4 players. Does anyone have any recommendations for cheaper alternatives that work well?

2 days hiking/camping with the best camping spot

Hi everyone,

A friend and I are planning a 2-day hiking trip and we'd love to spend one night camping somewhere with an amazing view. We're looking for a hike that's beautiful the whole way, not just at the summit, with a spot at the end that's really worth spending the night at.

We'll probably start hiking in the middle of the afternoon on the first day, so we're looking for a route that lets us reach a great camping spot before sunset. The hike doesn't have to be very long. We mostly want to enjoy nature, have a good fondue, and play a bit of Mario while taking in the views.

I know wild camping is prohibited in most places in Switzerland, especially below the treeline. We're simply looking for a place where we can spend one night while respecting nature.

Any recommendations?
