Came back to this app after 1 year hoping something would change. Downloaded Clash of Critters, completed all quests (they obviously didn't track) so here I was sending support to tickets. I submitted all the evidence I could, zone, individual level and my profile. Tickets rejected without a reason because why would they.

Checking this could be as easy as having an employee just check my profile but that would actually mean they care. Instead you waste 5 days doings this just to get screwed over by the end of the day. =)
