Finally! Dacia Duster 3 Petrol Engine 1.6.0 update is coming – who’s excited?

Looks like the Engine 1.6.0 update for the Dacia Duster 3 is finally on its way and should be available in the next few days.
I’ve been waiting for this one, so it’s nice to see Dacia finally fixing the annoying idle RPM issue. Hopefully this puts an end to the random rev increase while the car is standing still.
Anyone else looking forward to this update? Have you had this issue on your Duster 3?

Patch Notes:
PETROL ENGINE 1.6.0
Software updates that improve the vehicle’s functionality to provide an optimal user experience.
This update includes the following improvement:
Fixes an unintended increase in engine speed (RPM) while the vehicle is stationary.
This update will be available in the coming days.

Oil Temp and RPM

Hey everyone,

I picked up my new Dacia Duster Extreme Hybrid 155 yesterday and I’m really enjoying it so far. The car has now arrived and I’m still getting familiar with all the settings.
I was wondering if there’s any way to display the engine RPM (tachometer) permanently in the driver’s display? Also, is there any option to view the engine oil temperature somewhere in the system?
I’ve looked through the menus but haven’t found anything yet.

Thanks in advance!

Dacia Duster 3

Hey guys, I’m thinking about getting a Dacia Duster 3 Extreme with the 158 hp engine and wanted to hear some real owner opinions before pulling the trigger. How do you like it so far? Is the engine actually fun/smooth enough for daily driving and highway trips? Any issues or things that annoy you? Also, what accessories or upgrades would you say are 100% worth getting right away? Stuff like better speakers/sound system, dashcam, trunk protection, roof bars, all weather mats, sound insulation, dog accessories or anything comfort/tech related. Basically: what do you wish you added earlier? Thanks :)
