I realized I have gotten a charge from them about every other month for the past two years, the weirdest part being I’ve gotten two new cards over this span of time. The parking garage is located @ 1100 Richland St downtown. I do not believe I have ever parked there, however they have a fair share of complaints across the internet as being a scam. I am just curious if anyone else has dealt with this, and had any advice on how to go about fixing this situation.

Anyone have any luck with support? Should I go that route? I just assumed the kinks would work themselves out, but clearly that is not the damn case. Lmk your thoughts!
