Just ate and he's back in his log
My little guy has been favoring his log over his hides after his shed. Any ideas why? (Just curious to the sudden change I don't think it's a bad thing)

My snakes first shed since I got him just curious if it is a good shed or not
He's waiting for his food but is in the middle of shedding so he can't eat
I have a 4x18x18 enclosure with about 3-4 inch of coco husk and most of everything taped up with foil tape except the top vents on the side I have churned the floor and put some moss in there rn it's at 70 but it has trouble keeping the humidity up and my snake is in shed I'm not sure what else to do to help keep it up or if I have to much tape and it's killing the humidity? Any advice is appreciated
I was going to grab my snake today and noticed he was going into shed because of his eyes and some of the wet substrate in some areas got him dirty should I give him a little soak if so what's the best way to do it?
I've read that scale rot starts with a brownish discoloration at the snakes belly and holding my little guy I saw these little brown marks on his stomach I'm not sure if that's it or if I'm overly worried
