Im just wondering if leaks from the turbo oil return line are common on F30s, or the 335i? I noticed mine is leaking and that theres some rust present 😬
Seems relatively simple though. just two torx screws and maneuvering it out. Im ordering the part today.
Id love to hear any input, advice, past stories, or whether you’ve experienced the same. It might even be a good reminder for everyone to check theirs.
Hey guys this is my first post! I have a practically stock 2014 f30 335i n55 ewg, luxury line. It only has a vrsf chargepipe, and BMS intake, no tunes or anything else. All routine maintenance and fluids done. I bought and plan on installing MANY upgrades in the next coming weeks to eventually go stage 2+hpfp+e30 after logging. Im just wondering what you guys count for my 60-100 and if this seems normal/within range of what the time should be. I counted around 8 to 9ish seconds but i could be wrong.
FYI the car reads a little off on the speedo, around +2 mph more (so if the car shows 62mph on the dash, then the actual speed is around 60mph). I put it into sport mode, and put the shifter on s mode. I used kickdown as well (so WOT). When I get a chance I’ll do it in manual mode. The tires I’m running are new but nothing special at all and inflated to spec.
So let me know if this seems like a normal time, and if you think theres room for any improvements to the stock time. Also tell me what your times are before/after tuning I’d love to know. Filmed in Mexico :)
