Why is the coffee from a brand new, preheated Citiz machine only lukewarm?

Can someone tell me more?

I bought this tenor recorder at a fleemarket. It must be a tenor made by G. E. Huber in Horgen (Switzerland). What model is it and which wood is it made of?

Playing without stickers

Played now for some years with the stickers for the finger position on my student cello. Transferred now to a better cello and don’t want to use stickers again. How can I make this transfer smoother? My teacher did not understand at all that it takes a bit time to adjust. I am an adult learner (50 years old).

New cello

My new cello since yesterday. Certain things are much easier now than with my rather cheap student cello. I don’t need so much strength now in my left hand to press the strings. And the strings resonate much more than before.
