will somebody with a relatively strong grip lose (at least in the match start phase) to somebody who has more of finger containment power in an equal setup?

I just cant manage buying selling trippling passing cards, but I like playing pirates a lot. Which cards are most valuable for bounty pirate, if I need only level 4 and above pirates? I think a lot what to do for maximum stats, but run out of time. So maybe I need a pre-plan.

just curious if possible
