On the East Coast, there’s typically a pretty clear divide between overlanding and dedicated off-road parks. One place that’s starting to bridge that gap is a newer park in West Virginia with around 25,000 acres, 200+ trails, and dispersed camping throughout the property.

I’ve been helping build out maps, campsites, and POIs for the area in onX Offroad, and it’s been amazing seeing how much potential the place has for longer multi-day trips instead of just trail riding. They’re still adding new sites and expanding the trail system, but it already feels like a solid option for anyone into overlanding on the East Coast.
