Hi Everyone,

Right now I am working in deloitte usi as Salesforce front end developer and Right now I am in pip it will end by next month my current project lead is positive toward me even my coach also.. but could not expect any thing but I have attended interviews got selected in Accenture and tech Mahindra and tcs have an hike around 40 to 50% please guide me for which company to switch please consider all factors like job security, insurance and let me know where to switch or stay back in deloitte

Note: i have not got hike this year because of pip
