how do you think keefe skipped a level?
did he like start foxfire a year early (level one when he was ten)? or just started at level two(skipped level one ig)? who decides this? dame alina? the council? did he have to be evaluated by the council or something? (im asking bc im trying to write a fanfic 😅)
