Perhaps I was too harsh on the level scaling
I wanted to grind my team up a bit on the route to the Safari zone and found an accidental shiny Tauros. Luckily my weakest team member Slugma has yawn and ancient power to safely weaken it.

What moves do you recommend for shiny hunting?
Building a Smeargle set for shiny hunting the legendaries I'm going with Spore, Super Fang maybe false swipe and trick for Leppa Berry or Leftovers. The only problem is that harvest and Heal Pulse doesn't exist in this generation any advice on preventing the legendaries not to Struggle to death?
