D2C beverage founders, if you were hiring someone for retention marketing (email, WhatsApp etc.) where would you discover them?

I’m building a retention marketing vnture offering e-mail, WhatsApp marketing for D2C consumable brands and want to know the right channels to reach out to the D2C founders/marketers community. Does LinkedIn/summits or cold emails which works better?

35F, Building my venture in past one year, severe financial crisis, guidance needed

Hi, In 2024 November I quit corporate to build my digital marketing freelancing..currently working with a reputed brand but growth is quite slow.

I have to depend on my sibling for loan EMI support and putting too much pressure on them. Guidance please, if I am in the right path or should I quit it all and go back to office work. Feeling very motivated and guilty.
