I was expecting a bigger pay check due to the holiday, but i was short. I checked my paystub and saw this code:
All of my other paystubs are correct so I have no idea where this salary was overpayment is from. Do yall know where this could be from?
I am currently in a position that uses the SV pay grade scale. Without going into specifics on what my position is…it starts at G band and after a 1 year eval, we are promoted to H band (barring any disciplinary action). This is what my application and job description stated when I applied and was accepted.
Recently there have been rumors of this pay band increase is going away soon. I hit my 1 year around may, however someone in my unit has been waiting for this pay bump for a year or so.
Lets say they take this pay band increase away, would I and my colleagues have any legal recourse about this?
