I've been looking into short-term rentals in Kochi for a while now and trying to understand how property owners here are managing it.
I know a few people personally who have vacant flats or second homes in Kochi that are either empty or on long-term rent but not really earning what they could. Was wondering if anyone here has explored Airbnb or short stays as an alternative and what their experience has been.
Also — if anyone here owns a property they're not fully using and would be open to having someone manage it for short stays on a revenue sharing basis, I'd love to have a conversation. Happy to share more details over DM about how it could work.
