She flies! (with some control of which direction... lol). Please throw me all your advice!
Well, after a weekend I finally got her flying with almost all axis of control (though some are negligible as of now), the stabilizing PID is a bit wonky depending on speed but that will be fixed in due time.
Due to the thrusters being not on the axis of rotation most manuevers requires compensation from other thrusters, ex forward adds some thrust to the foremost thrusters to negate unwanted downwards thrust. It's definetly a challenge but she's quite stable once I engage the main drive.
