Can only people in tech or business earn well?

I’ve been working in digital marketing for eight years and my current job is in one of the best MNC agencies. But my in hand monthly is 70k. Reaching that 1 lakh/month milestone feels far fetched.

I see people my age and younger (I’m 29) earn way, way more than me with savings, investments, buying property, etc.

And here I’m stuck in credit card debt cycles trying to manage cash flow.

So my question is, is it only people in tech and those running their own businesses who can earn well?

It feels extremely discouraging.

Can men speak for themselves anymore or are we going to keep using AI?

I am so disappointed by the fact that most posts on here that seem articulate and thoughtful are actually AI-written.

I don’t know if women are doing that too but I’m not speaking to them so idk. But the moment two texts are exchanged on DM, it is so damn obvious the post was AI-generated.

And no, it’s not okay because the thoughts were yours but the grammar and structure was that of AI. It’s misleading from the beginning and also do you know just how much is given away by the little nuances of language and how one chooses to type/talk? When you use AI, your personality is completely watered down.

And maybe this frustrates me more than most people because I am both demisexual and a conversationalist and primarily connect with a person through words but oh my god. It’s alright if you’re not 10/10 in language because there are many more languages other than English and maybe you’re smoother over calls or in person but the point is do not start with the deception of AI-washed posts.

What do you do on the weekends that is actually fun?

I like the idea of going on a drive in this weather (but I don't know how to drive nor have a car), I don't like clubbing, I am an avid reader but bored of the cafe + bookstore routine, I don't know what to do for fun anymore? Also, have like 2 friends in the city who are busy most of the time. How do you keep yourself engaged in the city as someone in their late 20s/early 30s and how do you not feel weekend FOMO when you're at home on your phone/browsing things on Netflix with nothing actually hooking you.

For context, 29 F. So have to keep in mind safety/comfort factors in check too.
