I am going to pursue postgraduate studies and would like suggestions for accommodation. I prefer ensuite facilities.

Help, my amazon account is closed

This is my first time buying something on Amazon. I ordered only two items, totaling around GBP 80. It then asked me to upload some documents to verify my payment, but it failed even after I uploaded all the correct information. I called customer service, but they couldn’t help. When I logged in, it showed this (see the attached image).

What can I do now? Thanks!
