I have no experience in NDT, just a couple years of A/V tech work and a career gap. If possible, I'd like to get some formal training to add to my resume. I noticed this is a better price than most NDT courses out there, but I have no idea about the quality or if it's legit. It doesn't have RT training but covers most of the main methods.
Also sorry I'm posting so much, the answers I've gotten here have been really helpful so far.
Specifically interested in traveling for outage work if it's possible to get into now (in the current job market), or rope access. For those who have stayed at hotels, how long are you typically there for? Just curious about different people's experiences.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I was switched from MM multilingual back to MM. I thought hours were supposed to reset at 6 am, but it still says the budget has been reached. Are hours different on the weekend?
As someone without experience, I heard I might have a better chance getting into this field by taking a traveling position. But I've also heard women don't have great experiences in oil and gas out in the field, and honestly I don't think it would be the best fit in general.
I've also been learning about different methods online for free, but I'm thinking of investing in UT and RT hybrid or online courses if free learning isn't enough to land my first job.
I worked for a bit on MM Multilingual late last night, and my earnings page isn't updating at all. Sometimes it takes a couple hours, but it's been longer than that. Just wondering if I'm alone or if it's a general glitch.
