Whoever loves Fireworks in Moonstone / 6th Avenue

...please consider doing your fireworks anytime before 2, 3, 4, in the morning on weekdays. I know its super fun to make things go boom but some of us have pets / infants, and dont give a shit about hearing your big bangs. I probably sound like a vibe harshing boomer, but there are so many other times / places you can choose to launch your literal canons.

Robbed / Followed home in Westhaven

On Sat night my friend and I (both women) were walking home from moonstone in the evening. Just before the 8th Avenue turn off we were stopped by two guys in shiesties who wanted, "our phones or our dog, or pills if we had any, or some cash..." They showed us knives and said we looked, 'rapeable and sexy.' They were both around 6 foot even, skin and bones white boys, maybe late teens early 20s, wearing camouflage and dark Grey hoodie, both in shitty jeans a piece. Very tweaker energy.

I gave them my heartburn medication and my inhaler which they seemed pretty stoked for, and they both walked about 10 yards south on Westhaven drive, before eventually turning and following us north. They said a few times they would rape us if we tried to run, so just walk slow and "be chill." One of them kept asking if we know, x y or z person, we said no, both of us were pretty frightened.

Around Fox Farm rd we couldn't see them behind us anymore, too dark, and we hustled to get off the road and away from the area. Eventually getting home we did report it and made statements. I dont know if they were ever picked up. I usually carry pepper spray with me, but didn't have it that day, felt so stupid for that error.

Just putting it out there for others in the area. I've lived in Westhaven my whole life and never experienced anything that scary.
