It’s sunday. Post offices are closed on sundays, and I was deep cleaning my room as one does on a day off. I didn’t respond fast enough, so they assumed I ghosted.. At least they apologized, but still.. i’m just confused. Am I in the wrong or was this just.. a strange encounter?

Hi all, I just recently found out about this sub, and am wondering about some of my pets. Sorry it’s a lot all at once. The short hair with blue eyes and grey stripes had its neck peg broken, and glued back together when I was young for context. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!
