What do you think about barney Stinson from How I Met You Mother?

What do you think about barney Stinson from How I Met You Mother?

Would you be friends with a person like him? He is sure entertaining as hell as a friend, but what flaws does he have? I would really like to know.

A pros and cons list is welcome :D

Thank You!

A minute easter egg I found on my rewatch

It's a small easter egg, not big! I thought I should share this, HAHA

I got tired of paying monthly subscriptions just to export my own Framer sites, so I built an open-source CLI to clone them into pure React.

Hey guys,

Designing in Framer and Webflow is awesome, but being locked into their ecosystem sucks. And paying third-party tools like nocodexport.com a massive premium just to download your own designs is honestly ridiculous.

So I built Uncage. It’s a completely free, open-source CLI tool that takes a website and turns it into clean React code (or static HTML).

It’s still in beta. We aren't at the point where it flawlessly handles every single crazy layout in existence. But it absolutely gets the basic job done, keeps your animations working, and gives you a ready-to-run Vite + React folder, all without asking for your credit card.

It automatically grabs all your images, fonts, and scripts, and just works locally on your machine.

I'd love for you guys to try it out, tell me what breaks, or roast my code.

Can someone quotes all the hypocritical/insensitive remarks this guys has given, I want to know.

Same as title.

u/StealthPhoen1x — 3 months ago

Like bro was there to see it happen

I posted about this guy just a few hours back, and voila! He posted this. I genuinely liked watching his horror videos for entertainment, but not this shit.

Umm, Idk what is wrong in this questions.. Can someone point my mistake?

I asked this question in a feminist subreddit, and this post got taken down. I really don't get why. I'm ready to apologise if I have somehow pissed anyone or been insensitive somehow.

Questions for women: How to do y'all tackle Pseudo(s)?

Same as title, but a genuine question (I'm a male). Because I think actual feminists are getting hindsight from these Pesudo(s). I'm myself a feminist, and I guess Pseudo are a greater problem for feminists than uneducated bastards (correct me if I'm wrong). No hate to anyone!

Thanks, ladies!

As the title says, I feel so so good for Amy that she found Sheldon. Amy never had a good friend in her life, and was a lonely girl.

As she has described her childhood, where she was always bullied and never had any friends, she never got to go to the prom. I felt soo bad for her when she described all these stories. Due to all these things, she had a robotic-like feeling initially, maybe she wasn't ready to open up and had a fear that she would just get dumped, like how she used to get in childhood as well as adulthood.

But as her relationship with Sheldon grew, and she started to be friends with Penny, she started to open up and started to enjoy her life and live like a kind of normal human being. Penny, being a bully in her past (high school), really handled Amy with care, most probably because she already knew C-Men (all 4), and she knew how to be with Amy. She really treated her as normal.

I really enjoyed it when Amy was happy in the episodes, and I really do enjoy seeing her. Better late than never, but even Sheldon started to lean towards being normal (not in the traditional way, but in his own way) and the relationship grew stronger and more enjoyable (atleast for me).

A few examples: When Sheldon brought her a Tiara, Leonard went to a wedding with Amy, and Bernadette offered her to be the bride of honour.

I know that they used to roll their eyes when Amy said something unusual, but still, they stayed with her.

I've read hate comments on Amy, and that kinda pissed me off. The show portrayed her character as a lonely girl who never had real friends.

Do you guys like Amy? I would like to see your opinions on Amy.

This is the post that I've debunked: link

This is my analogy for this post:

"bro honestly the "flying" part is literally just your brain glitching out on adrenaline. when you're 8 and terrified, your fight or flight kicks in and completely warps how you perceive time and physics. jumping down some steep stairs when you're scared out of your mind is gonna feel like floating to a kid, but it’s really just your brain filling in the blanks with emotion instead of reality. plus, childhood memories are famously unreliable. you don't replay them like a video, you rebuild them every time you think about it. so by now, it feels 100% real even though your brain has edited it like 50 times.

The part where your sibling agreed sounds wild, but it’s actually so normal. it’s literally just memory conformity. when you guys talk about that creepy house, your memories basically merge. one of you probably mentioned the floating thing and the other's brain was instantly like "yep that totally happened" without even realizing it. siblings are basically experts at accidentally gaslighting each other into remembering the exact same fake details 😭

And that "invisible hands" feeling? classic cope. you were in a creepy dark house feeling like something was chasing you. when you jump and miraculously don't break your ankles, your scared brain makes up a story like "omg something caught me" because that feels way more comforting than "i just got stupid lucky."

realistically you guys were just terrified kids speedrunning those stairs to escape the dark. kids are bouncy so you didn't get hurt, the adrenaline made it feel like floating, and talking about it later just locked in the ghost lore."

How much would you rate it?

I find Wil Wheaton pretty awesome and funny. Specifically, the bits where Sheldon and Wil were enemies.

I've liked all the episodes where Wil has appeared.

What about you guys?

I'm rewatching TBBT, and currently on S4. Leonerd is dating Priya, and Priya is kinda insufferable. She's too controlling, and I feel she's kinda obnoxious. For example, when Leonerd was helping Sheldon while his WoW account was hacked, she came, and she was just prioritising herself when she could clearly see that Leonerd was helping Sheldon. I agree that it was not that important a job, but still, she's too controlling.

Another point, Priya does not TRUST Leonerd. In the same episode, when they went to San Diego, and sleonerd told that he's still at work, she immediately called Raj to ask if he's at work or not. Well, Leord did lie there, but still, I hope you get my point.

Another way to look at it is that Priya does not know the group dynamics that well, like how Penny knew when she dated Leonerd, maybe that can be the reason, but she's indeed too controlling.

Do you guys like Priya? Share your opinions

P.S: I know the spelling of Leonard, I've intentionally written in Leo*nerd*.

I was re-watching TBBT, and I'm currently on season 4, and Bernadette is a new character in season 4, and I can see how she little shy and less expressive (like I'm considering it from her first appearance). She was less joky and more naive, and I don't want to say, but kind of dumb.

People say that Bernadette started to be annoying, but I don't look at it like that. She went from Shy and naive to more expressive and more blunt/straightforward. And that's really good.

For me, Bernadette is not annoying, and she's really a funny character, and she's likeable.

She is really perfect for Howard, and she has really changed Howard. Howard went from a funny-creepy engineer to a really funny and likeable character.

Any other people who think like this? Share your thoughts and opinions, I would really like to hear from you.

Day 1:

What are the most adorable traits, as well as the most annoying traits, of Sheldon?

No winners, no losers. Just share your personal favourite(s).

Mine: How he always offers a beverage to everyone who is sad and annoying, one would not accept that he's wrong.

Share yours!!!
