So I’m currently using an Olympus EM10 Mark IV, and I consider myself an amateur hobbyist. I also have the Viltrox Vintage V1 Retro Flash which I’m also learning how to use, and I have a continuous light Neewer 160

I’m mainly using my camera for gatherings, and I noticed when I use Auto mode that sometimes it can get noisy and uses really high ISO. I’m not sure if people like getting flashed on the face. I can’t really complain because it’s a low light situation, right?

So my question is should I learn how to use my Vintage flash, the pop up flash, use continuous lighting, or maybe try a high ISO in my case? Or maybe even consider going to a full frame or APS-C?
