For those of you with wooden work benches, how did you update them?

I’m loosely starting on a garage project, cleaning up my 23’x29’ detached garage.

It’s recently painted white, and has a wood work bench along about half of one of the longer walls.

I’m debating keeping the bench, but it’s just unfinished wood, not abused but definitely used, and sort of an eyesore.

What did you guys do to clean up your wooden workbenches?

Really thinking that I’m going to sell my Snap On and Husky toolboxes and buy Icon

I have this 40” Snap On Heritage, and a 72” Husky, and im thinking that I’m going to sell them for an Icon or US General setup.

Is there any reason why I shouldn’t?

I just need more drawer space, some cabinets, etc, and having mismatched tool boxes messed with my head when I’m trying to update my garage.

Also, since I’ve been banned from FB Marketplace, does anyone know of a good place to sell these boxes in the larger Huntsville, AL. area?

Attic mounted vacuum

Does anyone here have an attic mounted vacuum?

My attic is pretty easily accessible, and I was wondering what the pros and cons are of an attic mounted vacuum for mostly car detailing.

Drop it more, or leave it?

Just put my summer rims back on my 2016 M5, and I’m unsure if I want to adjust the suspension to go a bit lower.

Yes, I know that the tires are mismatched. I got the Pirelli’s for $120 each, new, and couldn’t pass them up.

KW V4 suspension, so I have a wide range of adjustment left. Dinan sway bars set to hard front and rear.

Keep them here, or go a little lower?
