Lacosamide

From the reading I’ve done, lacosamide seems to be the next closest thing to lamotrigine in mechanism of action (sodium channels), which I’ve been considering due to my Asian descent potentially making me at higher risk of SJS/DRESS. Has anyone tried Lacosamide and noticed an improvement or worsening of symptoms? Has it improved brain frog or derealization for anyone?

Also, I “got” visual snow around summer of 2022 shortly after I got the original COVID vaccine under Operation Warp Speed. I think I got Moderna but can’t remember for sure because I lost the vaccination card. I mildly regret taking the vaccine, but I obviously had some predisposition I didn’t know about and would’ve gotten VSS anyway if I got COVID, so I guess it doesn’t matter. If the vaccine was the cause, there must be some way to reset the immune response responsible for the VSS, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do it in a clinical setting without a doctor calling you an idiot. Anyone have supplements they take for neuroinflammation?

I tried Valproate from 2022-2025 due to hallucinations and other weird brain zaps, and in hopes of helping with derealization, but stopped due to it causing chronic gastritis and duodenitis. Be careful with Valproate, it’s a really hard drug on your body.
