After getting my Model Y standard, the wheel covers felt like a missed opportunity, especially with it already having geometry but was barely visible.
So I decided to add some contrast to make it pop better, turned out quite nice in my opinion. Now I'm thinking it would be cool if Tesla gave similar color matching wheel covers from the factory.
I really want to add ambient lighting to my dash like the premiums have, has anyone found some that look like this photo of the premium? I’m going for that exact look.

The Standard Y headlights just look so freaking clean!
I recently joined the Tesla community with the purchase of my new 2026 Model Y Standard!
I’ve seen a lot of people clowning on/hating the standard, I get it, it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but as a daily driver it’s perfect for me and here’s why,
Living in AZ no glass roof is actually a plus for me.
The open middle console is perfect for a lunch box or purse.
The frunk is still basically waterproof, I’ve washed this car many times and no water made it into the frunk, it does get a little dusty but no big deal.
Also personally I love the split headlights compared to the Premium light bar, very clean look.
Sound system is not as good as premium but still amazing, a little adjusting with the EQ and it sounds great!
I’m the only one in this car 99% of the time so not having a rear screen or powered back seats is no problem.
Not to mention it has all the hardware for latest and greatest FSD capabilities.
At the end of the day, this is still a Tesla, you can’t get a better daily driver experience than this, the ui & app are unmatched, if you were thinking of getting one I highly recommend it.
