FAC and drink driving

I was once, many years ago stopped, bretherlised and arrested for drink driving.

It the station after booking in, I blew under so was taken back to my car.

I was not charged.

Do I still need to mention this on my fac application?

I understand it’s testing your honesty but it asks for convictions, which this was not.

Thanks.

My partner (F48) was diagnosed with LBBB over a decade ago. She was told to carry on as normal. 3 years ago she was experiencing constant palpitations.

After seeing a GP (NHS) was referred to a cardiologist.

She has always been fit, gym 3 times a week, park run. 10k charity runs twice a year.

Before she got to see them the palpitations have stopped. She never heard back until receiving a letter last week (3 years later) inviting her for a telephone appointment.

Today she spoke to a cardiologist who also confirmed LBBB but said she would need to go on Ramiprill on a low does.

She was taken a back because it had been so long and had so many questions after the call.

3 years is a long time to not hear a thing then get a letter out of the blue to say the least.

She is wondering if she should still keep running at the level she’s at or maybe reduce down to take the stress off etc.

I appreciate that the post is somewhat vague. But any help/clarification and advice would be really helpful.

Thanks
