How should I dispose of the filter of the Gp-5 Gas mask since it contains asbestos?

So I got a IdeaPad slim3 15iRH10 and the charging port and the charger tip started overheating so I have to switch turning off and on when it starts overheating do you guys know what's the problem and how to fix it? (There is a inward bump below the charging port)
