I’m officially 1 week post-op from Botox surgery, and I’m starting to worry that I may need another treatment.

I’ve been micro-burping since day 2, but it takes a lot of mind-body manipulation to even get one out, and I’ve only had a few decent sized belches so far. My gurgles, nausea, bloating, and acid reflux have actually been worse than they were before surgery.

The one thing keeping me hopeful is that I’m barely experiencing slow swallow, so I’m wondering if the Botox just hasn’t fully set in yet.

For those who have had success from the surgery, I’d love some insight of your experience!
