SPX Box Spread Loans

Given that they are more tax efficient and deliver cheaper rates than traditional margin, does anyone know how the margin requirement is calculated on Public and what is the maximum LTV allowed using SPX boxes? And generally is this strategy is feasible on Public without portfolio margin like IBKR?

Basic Checking Account

I would really like to see a very basic checking account. Even if it’s feature limited. It really just needs to have a debit card and bill pay.

It would be nice to be able to have W2 direct deposits go directly into Public and automatically invest my paycheck vs. needing to constantly transfer funds over from another institution.

And like Schwab, it would be very comforting to be able to have an ability to overdraft on margin feature so you don’t always need to hold excess cash in your checking (just in case).

Tax Accountant

Does anyone have a decent tax accountant they would recommend for someone that’s in a junior / mid-level role at a small fund (Associate / VP)? I’ve historically been doing it myself but felt like with coinvest + small carry allocation, it might be worth having a professional review it.
