So I just started as an AM 3 months ago. Long story short things aren't going too well on my shift. I feel like I am getting better but still have work to do. My question is am I in danger of being put on a pivot plan this early? Or will they give me more time before they take that step?
Is it better to put all my contributions into Roth or keep it how I have it which is half traditional 401k and half Roth 401k.
I'm a fairly new AM. Still trying to get my feet under me. At what point will my seniors start expecting me to work on projects. Right now I am so overwhelmed with operations I don't see having the time.
So I have some RSU vesting in a couple weeks. They are set to sell on vest through Fidelity. My question is once they sell where does the money go? Do it go into my brokerage account and then I can transfer to my bank? Not sure how this works.
When RSU's vest can you sell them immediately or do you have to wait for a " window" due to the insider trading policy? I already have them set to sell just not sure if that happens on the vest date or later.
A to Z says I have already been paid but it hasn't hit my bank account yet. This is my first check as a manager is this normal?

I recently started as an AM and I am receiving 55 total stock as part of my TC. The offer letter states 23 vesting in 2026 and and rest vesting in 2027. Does this mean they aren't following the 4 year vesting schedule 5%, 15% then 40/40?

I am scheduled to fly out Monday for AD1. I still have not received my hotel arrangements. The recruiter said I would get the email by 4pm PST today and I didn't get anything.
I am starting on the 18th as an Area manager at an RSR sight. Looks like my schedule is going to be 2am til I guess 1pm or something like that. How long do you think I will have to work that schedule? I am coming from an ARS FC where they regularly switch up managers schedules but was wondering if they do the same at RSR.
I am scheduled for AD1 next week and LEW in June. The letter said I will have AEW in between but I haven't received any info on when to report to my building. Any idea of from who or when I will receive this info? I contacted the station manager and he doesn't seem to know. He thought Learning would reach out to me but I haven't received anything yet.
