Body makeup
I have dark marks all over my pale calves because every scab I've ever gotten turned into a splotch on my skin that never went away. I also get hives on my calves, some of which inevitably get scratched.
I use scar preventer, I use scar lightener, nothing helps,
What can I do to cover them? How do I stop it from rubbing off on everything?
