Looking for a squad for ranked play that likes to win but also likes to have fun, just started playing last year and am decent but am looking for a solid squad of decent ppl as I’m sick of dealing with randoms with no mic’s and people being dickheads n blaming every death on their team then quitting lmao, (I’m plat 3 and play on ps5) am looking to see what rank I’m able to reach with a decent squad

I mainly play resurgence and am just looking for tips/ tricks, and advice on things you wish you knew or advice on working on positioning, rotation, breaking lines of sight etc and maybe tips on how I can learn these things and practice them, or any other tips to help get better, increase awareness and knowledge on everything, really anything you you guys think could help, any advice helps thanks in advance
