Here’s mine currently

M: CrossFit Class + Hatch Squat/Strength
T: Run Intervals
W: CrossFit Class
T: rest day
F: Hatch Squat/Strength
S: Aerobic run (5-10km)
S: Free day (Work on weaknesses or do a hybrid/hyrox class)
