Basically title. You can see in my post history or the second photo the lens as it came out of the box, with an incorrect screw and a mounting plate that was broken.

Customer service said they’d fix it, so I send it back all documentation requested.

Now they state it was dropped and not covered under warranty and want to charge me 600 dollars for a lens I haven’t even got to use and was supposed to be refurbished already. Seems like they sent me an unfixed one and now are charging for it

Just ranting cause what the hell
