First ever PC build sanity check: white RGB RTS/emulation build, any blind spots?

Hi all,

First ever PC build and I’d appreciate a quick sanity check before ordering. Main use: RTS/strategy games, StarCraft II, future Dawn of War/Warhammer RTS, emulation/ROM hacks, modding tools, trading/charting and general Windows tinkering. I have a PS5 for AAA games, so this is mainly a strategy/emulation PC. Using an ultrawide monitor.

Parts list:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro A-RGB White 240mm AIO
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B850-A Gaming WiFi
RAM: TeamGroup Delta RGB 32GB 2x16GB DDR5 6000 CL30 White
GPU: ASUS RTX 5070 Ti TUF Gaming OC White 16GB
OS drive: Kingston NV3 500GB NVMe
Games/storage: Lexar NM790 2TB NVMe
PSU: NZXT C850 850W Gold ATX 3.1 White
Case: Lian Li O11 Vision Compact White
Bottom fans: 3 x Arctic P12 Pro Reverse A-RGB White
Rear fans: 2 x Arctic P12 Pro A-RGB White
OS: Windows 11 Home

Planned airflow:
Side 240mm AIO as intake
Bottom 3 reverse fans as intake
Rear 2 standard fans as exhaust
Top empty/glass

Main questions:
Any compatibility or clearance issues?
Is the 240mm AIO enough for the 9800X3D?
Does the airflow plan make sense?
Do I need a fan/RGB hub, or can the Arctic fans daisy-chain?
Any concern using cable extensions, especially with the GPU 12V-2x6 cable?
Any blind spots before I order? Cheers.

All in around £3000.
