still haven't received what i paid for

i bought the luma pros in september of last year. i was part of the batch of glasses which were stuck in customs for months.

when i finally got my glasses, they had been opened, and parts were missing.

i have interacted with maggie li, the director of operations, in november, january, and april, about this. all i wanted were the nosepads.

each time she promised me free glasses. i still have not received my nosepads.

i have interacted with this director of operations 23 times.

i believe that the nosepads i want cost less than five cents.

these glasses aren't really usable without them. eight months after buying viture's most expensive device and all its accessories, i have yet to actually be able to use them.

viture's staff have promised replacements for seven months now.

i am disappointed. they look really fun, and i did pay for them

nobody wants these. nobody is making money from these. stop spamming these.

yes, we know you saw ten other scam artists pretending they had users. they don’t. they’re lying, just like you are.

stop falling for this. the only people who think this is valuable are the morons making these.

you want to sell expensive things to rich people who are common and have common needs and will return frequently. founders are rare and poor, and validation is something that they would only ever need once even if anybody wanted it in the first place
