Looking for Insole Recommendations

Looking for insole recommendations. I don't have benefits and can't afford to get orthotics without them, though that is #1 on my list of things I want to get. I am cycling through a couple pairs of shoes already and struggling with blisters. I have already had my foot sized at an orthopedics place and making sure to follow their suggestions for finding a shoe that is the right fit, also purchased a pair of shoes I tried on in store with their help, but I still need some relief until my feet build up better callouses with all of the walking. Thanks in advance!

Upcoming Pay Increase

Is anyone able to confirm if on-call temp LCs will also see a pay increase this September? I've been reading the tentative agreement and can't find clear language on it anywhere. Thanks in advance!

Looking for suggestions: Veterinarian recommended a stomach sensitive food

Hi all! Was looking for suggestions. My little dude is a Pomeranian/Yorkie/Mini Poodle mix, 13 lbs. and has been having tummy issues, I'm doing a course of Proviable currently. His veterinarian said I should try a food for sensitive stomachs and I am looking for recs from others who have similar dogs and what you've used? Right now I have him on the PPP Small Breed Diet with shredded chicken. I've given him salmon food/treats before, including the PPP Sensitive Stomach one that's Salmon and he just doesn't have much interest in salmon. Thoughts?

Edit: Forgot to say I'm in a fairly remote place in Ontario, so I can't order from Chewy or anything like that because they don't deliver here.

Collective Agreement

Hi all, been reading through the agreement and was wondering if anyone knows if there is like a Cliffs Notes version somewhere of the major changes and how things might impact the future of on-call folks just starting out - like has it basically eliminated any chance of full time permanent eventually?

Opinions on a Region

I'm just wondering if anyone on here works in or near Thunder Bay and has any insights into what being an on-call letter carrier would be like in this city? It would be nice to become full-time at some point, but I'm just not sure if that's possible here or not and what the timelines look like if on-call is slow or something and a person won't get any hours? Thanks in advance!
