Anyone able to get it working with this game? I can't seem to get the game to boot even after i tried tweaking all the settings

I have a 2-3 week old PC from costco

Windows 11

SSD NVme: Patriot P410 2TB

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3d 8 core

GPU: RTX 5070

Ram: 32 gb (not sure brand or speed)

It was working fine for the first week or so but over the last week and a half my computer slows down to a crawl and I'm unable to perform any actions or use any apps. When I manage to get resource manager open it shows the disk performance all the way at 100%. If I wait some time 5-20 minutes it generally goes back to normal. This seems to possibly be triggered more often when I'm playing a game Deadlock but also has happened when the game is completely closed, so I'm not sure if it's exclusive issue to that game.

I thought it's possible that because I encrypted my hard drive that could be what's causing the issue with a slower read/write speed but I don't think that's the case because everything was running very smoothly for weeks before this issue started.

So far I've tried running

sfc /scannow

chkdsk D: /r

Disabling Sysmain

Disabling creating a restore point automatically

Deep scanning for malware with malwarebytes

Checking my harddrive health with crystaldiskinfo

Analyzing/Optimizing my Harddrive with built in windows options

Updating all possible drivers I can think of

Clearing all Temp files.

Not sure what else to try or do at this point besides return the PC back for a new one.
