Spectrum IMEI check saved me from buying a blacklisted iphone.
Found a brand new iphone on marketplace for way cheaper than normal. Seller kept saying it was fully working and spectrum ready. Something felt off so I did a Spectrum IMEI check before meeting up. Turns out the phone was still unpaid and could’ve been blocked anytime 💀
Honestly almost got scammed. Do people always check the IMEI before buying used phones or am I just paranoid now?
