I’m considering upgrading my TD Visa Infinite. I’ve accumulated between $16,000-20,000$ since my last 1000 SQC but I’m unsure exactly how much. My next closing date is approaching and my balance is more than $5,000. Does anyone know if your qualifying spend for SQC (1000:$5000) resets to zero the day you upgrade or does it go by what card you have at the closing date? I’m trying to optimize timing. Thank you.
