Starting a Roth IRA for the first time and planning to put 70% of my investment to VTI and 30% to VXUS.

Does this sound like a good plan as a beginner? I see some people just recommend VT

Edit: What about VOO/VXUS?

How is staffing structured for curbside pick-up at Outback? Do they have their servers bag the orders and deliver them to cars, or are there specific employees who only do curbside? Do they make the same wage as servers and rely mostly on tips, or are they paid a different wage (similar to FOH employees such as hosts)?
