TD non fraud dispute help
I purchased a mentorship from whop for day trading services, etc. How does the dispute process work? TD said it takes up to 30 business days for a decision or contact for more information. Basically the seller/merchant did an exit scam. after 15 days of review, whop support took my side, but because the merchant withdrew their funds, I could not get a refund. Please check above for reference. Any tips on how the dispute works? first time doing a chargeback.
