I30N in limp mode after hard acceleration - HPFP problem?

Hi guys, having trouble with my 2019 i30N in the last two weeks. (own it now for 1 year)
After hard acceleration and revs over 5000 rpm the car goes into a kind of limp mode, but no lights on the dashboard and no "hard" DTC's when diagnosing via code reader, BUT there are "pending DTC's" recorded for "P0088" (= Fuel rail/system pressure - too high bank 1)
As for the limp mode, in the video you can hear and see the car very slowly accelerating, even though I'm on full throttle, and the boost pressure control oscillating up and down very quickly and not building full pressure.

After letting the car cool down, or after a day it works perfectly fine again until I press it over 5000 rpm - then same symptoms.

So far so bad - I know that those cars have troubles with the HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) and I think that my symptoms are very characteristic for a HPFP that is failing more and more - please confirm if this sounds like the root cause to you.

Today I went to my local hyundai dealership / workshop and told them about my problem and made them aware that there is a official recall / service campaign for my car.
(I saw a few people posting about this service campaign / ECU update since around March and I checked my VIN on https://recalls.hyundai.co.uk/ - or the german equivalent site [the german site is now not available anymore..?!] and my car is affected / valid for this campaign (campaign code 40DC23 - valid until 30.11.2027 "PDe N ECU-Update - Improvement of emergency running conditions (DTC P0088)")
The dealer scanned my car for DTCs but found none.. (kind of expected because my code ready only found the P0088 as an "pending DTC") - they say Hyundai won't cover the costs of a new HPFP if the P0088 is not saved in the memory of the car.
But now it gets worse - they also say that the ECU mapping is not original anymore - so I guess one of the previous owners had chip-tuned the car... now the dealer won't / can't flash the original ECU software because Hyundai policy says so..

Now I have a few options - either find somehow the original OEM-software for my ECU so that they can maybe continue with the service campaign or I replace / source the HPFP myself and keep the same software.

What do you guys think? What would you do in this instance? Sorry for the long text. Cheers.
