Maxis or regular Omni?

I’m 6’1 190lbs. Long legs versus my torso.

My current chair is 20” seat depth which is I believe 50cm and my thighs will still stick out about another 2” or so.

I see they made the maxis 52cm seat depth. But based on measuring my current chair I still don’t think the depth is long enough for me.

So maybe I’ll just stick to the regular one at 48cm seat depth because of the major price difference.

Any of you taller guys have a take on either one?

Any experience with cat scratches? I no longer buy faux leather seats as my cat ripped it up.

Manual versus electric? I do work remote for 8+ hours and game afterwards too so I was interested in the stretch function since it seems to decompress my lumbar pressure.

Im in Minnesota. When am i legally required to disclose me ESA?

Quite frankly, I'm getting frustrated over the number of landlords that will ghost you after bringing up your ESA. So i need to know the answer to the above, as i would like to start not disclosing until after i am approved and prior to signing as this would without a doubt show that they have broken the laws around ESA and FHA, etc.

I have great credit, income alone is always 3x the rent, no evictions, no criminal history, etc. The moment i start talking about my ESA they'll make up whatever reason they can, or just ghost me entirely. I'm really getting frustrated by this when house searching. I'm more shocked to find that its nearly 50-80% of all landlords, brokers, agents, etc. that will do this ghosting practice. I would think that being forthright about my ESAs would be a good thing, but i'm really seeing the reality of it is that landlords will just go out of their way to ignore these laws.

Hoping to hear others experiences.
